Emil Frey sets new standards with his automotive services. In a 1935 letter \u201cTo my honoured customers\u201d, the car pioneer set out his company principles. In it, he promised \u201cto sell only genuine quality goods at fair prices\u201d as well as a \u201cprompt and conscientious\u201d service by his \u201cexpertly trained staff\u201d. The \u201cCustomer Letter\u201d is the constitution of the Emil Frey Group that is still valid today and is handed out to every new employee \u2013 so that they can act accordingly.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
